This is not a miniature but a proper oil painting on canvas in a hand carved and gild frame of the same period. The sitter is very sympathetically represented adorned with flowers and jewellery.

An extremely fine three vase Garniture, Yongzheng period (1722-1735) Comprising of one baluster jar and cover and a pair of beaker vases Each vase is richly enamelled in characteristic bright palette Depicting a flowering peony tree and a fruiting pomegranate growing beside garden rockwork Originally the property of a family in the east of Holland This unusual shape of vase and beaker, which is angled above the foot, derives from a Japanese Imari form of the seventeenth century. A large Chinese blue and white kraak charger, Wanli (1573-1619), decorated in the centre with a pair of black birds and flowers issuing from rockwork. The panelled border decorated with flowers and precious objects. Good solid blue glaze. An excellent decorative piece of early Chinese porcelain.

A charming lamped Japanese Imari early 18th century vase. The main body of the vase is decorated in iron red and cobalt blue and highlighted with gilding. The main body is decorated with cranes, plants and flowers emerging from rocks. The vase has been mounted on a hand-carved water gilt wooden base and fitted with an antiqued brass plate and light finial.
